Right parietal lacunar infarct

Question:

three months ago i fell and hit the back of my head.A month after i felt a rhytmic sensation like air flowing in a tube in my right parietal.also i feel an electrical shock that radiate from my upper to my lower part of the body. i had a ct scan that revealed an old right parietal lacunar infarct.Please can you tell me in details the signs, symptoms,and treatment for right parietal lacunar infarction
