My question regards erictile disfunction (ED). As embarassing as this is I was wondering how do I know if I have ED. My girlfriend gave me oral sex & I had no problem getting & maintaining an erection. But when I tried to have intercourse I had trouble getting & maintaining an erection. This has happened to me twice in the last two years & both times I was wearing a condom. I don`t believe I can maintain an erection & have sex using a condom because there is decreased sensitivity. This has me worried. Is there something wrong with me? Do I need to take something like Viagra? Also, are there any long term health risks by using Viagra? Please help! This problem sounds like it is mostly psychogenic, meaning not physical. Please start with a psychologist, or a similar mental health professional.
