49 year old male w/ osteoporosis08/10/2006 |
Two years ago I had an xray and was told I had Osteopina.I just had a follow-up Cat scan and was told I now have Osteoporosis. What would cause this in a 49 year old man.The only thing I can think of is that maybe I`ve had low testarone levels for a long time,(I had a testicle removed when I was 15 years old from stranglation).I`ve been married 26 years no children (our choice).Could there be any other clear cut cause.
There can be a number of causes. I would recommend you consult with an osteoporosis specialist who can run some tests for you.
