Exercise and Fitness
I am 36 year old woman, 5ft 2 1/2 inches tall and weighing 47 kgs. I am petite. I eat heathy food. After an accident few months ago , I do not go to the gym but walk about 2 km daily. Recently, I have a tendency to accumulate whatever fat I have around my stomach and now my midriff has extended by a couple of inches. Could you advice me as to how I can avoid this please.
