Question:
Is it true that running exercise can make you gain weight more?? I am fat and I plan to have a ruuning exercise daily but then some of my friends told me that running will make my weight more heavier and now I doubt doing running exercise.
Answer:
False, running is not going to make you gain weight. Any type of cardiovascular exercise (running, biking, swimming, etc.) combined with a well balanced diet will help you lose weight.
