Achillies rupture (complete)09/14/2006 |
I ruptured my achilles on JULY 15th 2006 and have been in plaster ever since.Would I be able to ride a bicycle now without doing any more damage? (probably a stupid question)
That does seem like a rather long time to immobilize the tendon. I suggest that you ask the physician who performed the surgery about physical therapy.
