Is Saw Palmetto Harmful for Person with Prostate Removed?

Question:

Is Saw Palmetto use harmful to someone who had his prostate removed?

Answer:

It should not be harmful, although not likely helpful. Randomized studies have shown that Saw Palmetto is no different than a placebo for the prostate.
