Exercise and Fitness
sometimes when i do push ups as i go down my elbow pops and is painfull and i always get a shooting pain in my elbow. how can prevent this or should i seek help from a hospital?
My suggestion is to consult your family physician and to discontinue push-ups or any other exercise that brings about pain/popping in your elbow. Continuing to do these exercises could cause more damage. Hope all goes well.
