Constant Soft Stool
Recently I`ve been trying to pinpoint what is causing this as there are no other symptoms to report. I workout everyday but I do not have a very healthy diet which I`ve thought has been causing it. But I also have a feeling it has to do with the amount of sleep I`m getting or not drinking enough water. Basically my stool is almost always soft and after having a bowel movement I have to wipe so many times to get it clean that my colon feels chaffed. This is more of a nuisance than anything else. I`d like to correct. Could it be a combination of overtired and diet or would it be one more then the other?
It may be related to nutrition and sleep both. Try eating more fiber in your diet. Whole grains, dark green veggies or add a supplement like Metamucil to your diet and re-evaluate after that.
