Menopause

Hot flashes

01/08/2007

Question:

I have tried everything from specially formulated tonics, chinese medicine, and all the menopause remedies on the market and have found no relief from the shocking hot flushes that I experience sometimes back to back. They are often accompanied by or preceded by a short lived feeling of depression or anxiety, and I havn`t slept through the night for the last 2 years. I am 48 years old and have suffered with these symptoms for 3 to 4 years without relief. Can you suggest anything?
