Improvement of sensory nerves and increasing
Recently I have recieved 8 cycles of chemotherapy and on an side effect I have damaged my nerve cells .I had my nerve conduction test which shows theres no presence of sap cells cells in my sensory nerves and motor nerves.Could you kindly suggest any remedy or exercises to gain back my usual nerve conditions and my blood flows
This question has been forwarded by Exercise and Fitness:
Of course, aerobic exercise blood flow in general and is always recommended (although you should check with your physician before beginning any exercise program). However, we are unaware of any therapies or exercise regimens that specifically target or ameliorate nerve conditions/sensory loss.
