There have been at least six cases of suspected transmission of sarcoidosis from a bone marrow donor to a recipient reported in the medical literature. It is not clear to me from this very limited data if the disease is readily transmitted in this way, but some transplant specialists have suggested that bone marrow donors should be carefully screened for various diseases, including sarcoidosis, before donating.

Because the data is so limited, I suppose this topic is open to debate. However, I would recommend against donating your bone marrow, especially if there are other options available to the bone marrow recipient.
