Should Calcium Supplements be Taken with Fosamax?02/05/2007 |
Should I continue to take calcium tablets, now that I am taking Fosomax?
Definitely keep taking calcium, just not at the same time as the Fosamax. Fosamax needs calcium and vitamin to build bone, so be sure you are getting vitamin D also.
Let your friends know about this important detail, because it is a common misunderstanding.
