My PSA following Radical Prostatectomy Surgery was .1, for 3 1/2 years now it has ranged from <.1 .1.="" .2="" .3="" a="" about="" and="" any="" anything="" be="" been="" cause="" could="" doctor="" doesn="" doing="" down="" else="" every="" fact="" fit="" for="" from="" gone="" had="" has="" hit="" i="" idea="" in="" is="" it="" it.="" last="" man="" model="" monitors="" months="" months.="" my="" next="" not="" of="" other="" out="" post="" presently="" previous="" quit="" range.="" rise="" rising="" said="" saw="" should="" steady="" that="" the="" this="" this.="" time="" to="" up="" urologist="" was="" what="" who="" words="" worrying="" years="">

Answer:

It certainly sounds reasonable to continue to follow the PSA, it is possible that there is a small amount of prostate left behind which could be non-cancerous. It is reasonable to discuss with your Urologist the option of adjuvant radiation therapy or continued observation of the PSA.
