How is volleyball beneficial to the body?
Volleyball can have many positive effects on the body. Some benefits would be the same as with most forms of exercise, such as an increase in cardiovascular fitness. Because it is a weight bearing sport, it would also benefit bones and joints. Many people also enjoy playing sports as a boost to the body's emotional state. There are many benefits of participating volleyball and other sports.
