Alcohol and Urine Test04/16/2007 |
How long does alcohol stay in your urine after your last drink, and what may somebody do to speed this process?
Beverage alcohol or ethanol can be detected in the urine up to 24 hours after your last drink. Many factors, including body weight, gender, and rate of drinking, influence the amount of ethanol in the body. There is no way to speed up the metabolism of alcohol. It is very much individualized and depends on how your body breaks down ethanol.
