Sir, I have a very serious problem but I cannot explain it deeply beacuse my English is not so good, but I will try to tell you. Actually my problem is about Urinary. When I unirate and after my unirating I cannot control the afterward drops of urine. I have this problem since last 4 years and my age is 18.Plese sir, tell me what I should do. I will wait for your reply. Thanks!
Post void leakage of urine can have a number of causes including hypermobility of the bladder, decreased tone of the muscles which hold urine in, false passages within the urinary tract called diverticuli just to name several possible causes.
The only way to be certain is to have a complete examination by your primary care physician who may need to refer you to a specialist.
