Contradictions05/16/2007 |
You find contradictions in reading websides about white bread and whole grain bread for plasma uric acid. Please give your opinion: white bread or whole grain bread is less harmful?
My knowledge may be incomplete in this area. In general, yeast-laden baked goods may contribute to serum uric acid levels. I am uncertain which type of bread contains more yeast. Certainly, there will be variations in recipes amongst the different producers of the bread.
