hello.. i`m 23 years old.. last month i have missed abortion and D&C has been done... i want to know what exactly is the cause and how to prevent it...thanks
There are a variety of causes of missed abortion. The most common cause is a genetic error in the developing fetus. Sometimes missed abortions are dues to insufficient progesterone production by the placenta or, rarely, certain medical conditions.
