Would Osteoporosis Cause Pain that Would Spread From Feet to Knee?07/05/2007 |
I am 50 yrs old, have always had good health and have been very active, but all of a sudden a year ago, my joints hurt. I feel like all my bones hurt, especially my ankles and the bottom of my feet. The bottom of my feet get really hot and a pain shoots up my left leg and goes up my leg all the way up to my knee. This started happening occasionally, but now it is all the time. I was not too concerned since my job required thay I be on my feet all the time, but now this is not the case, and that is why now I am very concerned. Thank you for your help.
What you describe is not osteoporosis. You need to see your primary care physician for an evaluation of all of your symptoms.
