Ginko biloba and fentanyl (+hep C)

Would the activity of Ginko Biloba go to the same area of the brain that Fentanyl affects/reaches/causes activity?

Problem: I am finding that Fentanyl (rx`d for arthritis as I cannot take other drugs due to stage 3 fibrosis and reaction to NSAID`s) is less effective, if not, totally ineffective now.

Background: I started Gingko Biloba as I take Gabapentin at the doses Dr. Guttoso recommends. It has affected my memory. Trying Gingko Biloba was a step I wanted to try. It has been effective and seems to clear the fog caused from Gabapentin. I researched Gingko and apparently it is good for the liver. This is important as I have Hep C. A comment about this research might be helpful, if you have time, due to the severity of my types of illnesses.
