Urinary Disorders

Scrotum Sagging & Penis curvature

07/16/2007

Question:

I`m 40. And my scrotum is most of the time sagging which makes me very uncomfortable. I know with age those muscles relax but isnt it too early? Also my penis curves downwards banana-shaped when erect. Its not Peyronies. I have one corpora cavernosae not well developed.

Is there any cure, injections? Thanks

Answer:

In general you are too young to have what you call a sagging scrotum. As for one Corpora not being developed and what to do. That would depend on the cause of the problem. Injections could be tried but a penile prosthesis might also be considered. You need to be evaluated by a Urologist whose specialty is erectile dysfunction.
