Lung Cancer |
Lung cancer with COPD07/20/2007 |
my father was recently diagnosed with non small cell caricanoma, he also has copd with this. the dr.s say his lungs are just about gone from the copd. but they won`t tell us much else. except they sent him home this last time with hospice. need to know about how does he have left to live. they seem to avoid this question
It depends on how advanced the lung cancer is and how bad is lungs are from the COPD. If he has an early lung cancer, there may be treatment options for him. I would ask to speak to an oncologist. Unfortunately, I can't give you anything more concrete than that without more information.
