Would you please give me your thoughts on Ginkgo Biloba? I don`t take this myself, but my boyfriend was asking me about it. I have read some negative things about this supplement and would like your input on it. Thank you.
This works well for some in the areas of:
- altitude sickness prevention
- mild memory improvements
- dizziness (not medically related)
- leg cramps (not medically related)
- and sexual dysfunction (not medically related).
