Exercise and Fitness




Everyday I lift weights, do crunches, ride my bike, and run, but my arm muscles are weak, and I try really hard to get strong arms. What`s up?


First, if you're lifting everyday, you're not giving your muscle time to recuperate.  Your muscle needs rest in order to build strength. 

Second, in order to gain muscular strength, The American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) suggests exercising with a weight in which you can perform 3-5 repetitions.
