Is Calcium and Magnesium Necessary with Didrocal?

10/23/2007

Question:

I am on Didrocal. Should I be taking calcium too? What about Magnesium?

Answer:

Check the amount of calcium with the Didrocal.  You should be getting 1000-1200 mg of calcium per day.  That includes what you are getting in food sources.  It is not usually necessary to add magnesium.
