Should Evista be Taken for Varicose Veins?08/13/2007 |
Should a woman with varicose veins in the legs be on Evista?
Varicose veins are not a contraindication to using Evista, but if you have ever had a blood clot in your legs or lungs you should not use Evista. If your parents or siblings have had blood clots, I would recommend you get an evaluation for clotting tendencies.
