Addiction and Substance Abuse
I have a serious question about high BAC`s. Is it possible to have a BAC of .44 and up and not be in a coma or dead? Are there some people who will register higher due to their chemistry?
Yes, it is possible to have a very high BAC and still be "walking and talking." This usually happens in people who have an extremely high tolerance to alcohol. Most books will say that at levels over .400, a person would be "dead", but there are definite exceptions to this.
