I need more information about accompanying disorders - specifically hemochromotosis and severe anemia. Independently, each topic is addressed but I can nothing talking about both. Standard treatment for hemochromotosis, I am told, cannot be used with anemia. I need info. Where do I look?
The best source I can suggest is www.irondisorders.org. They are a non-profit organization and have a lot of information on the site. You may also want to check the NetWellness Hemochromatosis health topic.
