i wear a top full deture. i am wondering if you can get calouses on the tongue from the denture? i think the back of deture rubs and i also am always pushing my tongue pretty hard against the top.
I don’t think so. Your maxillary denture may be loose. It may need a new hard reline. This is a necessary procedure that has to be done every other year, especially in senior patients. It will make the denture fit better, and you will not have to push it constantly with your tongue. Denture adhesive may be a good temporary solution - you can find it at the pharmacy.
