Myasthenia Gravis

My neurologist suspects MG based on the fact my arms feel heavy, etc. I have never presented the symptoms of drooping eyelids, double vision, or problems swallowing. Does this mean these symptoms (typical of MG)such as the vision haven`t presented yet?

There are quite a few causes for a feeling of your arms being heavy and MG is just one of the rarer ones. I would recommend that you continue to work with your neurologist as he pursues your diagnosis. And as always, if a diagnosis does not make sense, it is best to seek a second opinion.

Thanks for your question.
