Should Calcium Supplements Be Taken With Magnesium & Zinc?09/06/2007 |
Should the calcium supplements I take (in addition to Fosamax) have magnesium & zinc?
It is generally not required to take additional magnesium or zinc. If you are in a state of very poor nutrition or have a poor diet, a good multivitamin and mineral tablet would be appropriate.
