Can a tooth that has calcified completly be capped.
Unfortunately, you have not provided enough information for me to be able to provide you with an answer. Theoretically, yes, a tooth that has calcified completely may be able to have a crown placed on it. However, it would have to satisfy many other criteria to warrant a crown. Each case is a little different, so without knowing the specifics I can not give you a definitive answer. There is always the chance that if calcified tooth gets an infection, it cannot be treated by a root canal in order to save it.
