Eating and drinking
Is is better to drink water before, during, or after a meal?
That depends. For example, if you are trying to lose weight it may be better to drink water before the meal to avoid overeating during the meal. Also if you're getting ready to eat but have just exercised, you should probably drink water both before and during a meal. In general, if none of the above apply to you, as long as you're getting enough water per day - continue the schedule of your preference.
