Dry cracked feet, hands & fingers09/26/2007 |
My feet, heels and some hand fingers have extremely dry and cracked/peeled off skin. Applying moisturizing cream has not reduced it, it stays the same. Please advise on why, and what can be done?
You may have more than just dry skin. There are other conditions that can cause these symptoms (such as fungal infections and other skin disorders) and if creams and emollients have not relieved your symptoms it may be time for a visit to your podiatrist or foot care specialist.
