Sexual activity after turp09/19/2007 |
Why must you stop sexual activity after a turp procedure? How long should you wait before resumption? Would it be detrimental for any type of orgasm to accur?
It is probably advisable to stop sexual activity for several weeks after TURP to let the prostatic urethral heal. You may experience some discomfort or bleeding with ejaculation. It may not be detrimental for orgasm to occur but could be uncomfortable.
