My hygienist gave me "gum mint waxed floss by butler" on one visit and on another follow up visit she gave me "oral b satin floss"; my concern/question is if I ran out of both these flosses and had to use another floss(Dr. Fresh mint waxed floss) of mine one night that I bought myself a while back, should I be concerned that I did not immediately buy one of the flosses my hygienist gave to me? In other words, will one day of using a different floss than the one given to me by the hygienist really have an impact on the health of the teeth? Thanks.
Absolutely not. It is more the activity of flossing rather than what you are using.
