Flabby lower abdomen

09/28/2007

Question:

I had a hysterectomy about twenty-six year ago. I am really bothered with the lower part of of stomach. I have a flab really bad on each side. I don`t care how hard I draw my stomach in, I still have the two pockets. Even losing weight doesn`t help.

Answer:

Unfortunately I do not know enough about your previous procedure to fully answer your question. I would consult a physician to ask if there is a medical reason for this. If not, then you can search abdominal exercises and focus on exercises for the obliques.
