clinical history - cirrhosis MRI findings - cirrhosis, portal hypertension, hemochromatosis, hemosiderosis of renal cortices, IPMN of the main pancreatic or uncinate duct, pleural effusionDoes this indicate cancer ?
IPMN is not itself invasive cancer but can be associated with or become cancer. In addition, cirrhosis of the liver increases the risk of developing liver cancer. I would suggest you seek medical attention from a hepatologist and a pancreatic surgeon.
