Is Fosamax Available for Intravenous Dosing?10/23/2007 |
Can you please tell me something about the use of Fosamax intravenously on an annual, as opposed to a semi-annual, basis?
Fosamax is not available for intravenous dosing. Boniva is approved as a 3-month infusion and Relcast was recently approved as an annual infusion. All 3 drugs belong to the same class of medication and provide bone benefit.
