Question:

I need to find out why after having my wisdom teeth on the left side top and bottom removed last year, that now when chewing there are times that my jaw shifts and I bite down in side the jaw line. I had my wisdom teeth on the right side top and bottom removed in the late 1980`s

Answer:

I cannot answer your question without examination. It is unusual to develop a shifting jaw due to the removal of wisdom teeth.
