If a child under the age of 10 is given cocaine or heroine, are there potential long term effects?
The first and most concerning immediate effect is death. Anyone who would give a child under 10 cocaine or heroin is committing a crime. Concerning long term effects, that would depend on how much exposure to the drug(s) the child received.
