What should I be doing?11/30/2007 |
i have a question. I am in great shape actually too great of shape and i have sculpted my arms and shoulders a little too big for what I prefer now. I have started to lift lss weights and more reps but I still do not see a difference. Do you have any advice as what I should be doing?
When you say less weights and more reps, what do you mean? Rep ranges from 8-12 or 15 is still in the hypertrophy range (muscle growth). If you truely want to lose size, you may have to back off the lifting or change diet. You could go lighter and more than 15 reps.
