Suggestions? Ferritin 2470 ng/ml..

Question:

Ferritin 2470 Iron Serum 187 Unsaturated IBC 178 TIBC 365 %Iron Sat 51... Liver enzymes AST 116 ALT 352... Ultrasound of the abdomen: Liver is echogenic, is slightly enlarged. Spleen is within normal limits. Gallbladder & pancreas are normal...Patient finished 8 rounds of chemoterapy for Leukimia...need to follow with maintenance, but the liver is not OK. What do you suggest? How can be the Ferritin be normal?
