Porcelain denture12/07/2007 |
I had chipped a piece off of one of the teeth on the front of my (upper) porcelain denture and had used super glue to put the piece back on. Now I am afraid to eat for fear that it will come off! I don`t have the money for a new denture at this time and I work in an office, so not wearing my denture is not part of the equation. I`m not sure how well super glue holds up to normal eating and drinking. Any answers?Thank you!
It will hold just temporarily. Usually porcelain could be repaired by the dentist with better materials, even though there is no guarantee that it will hold for a long time.
