Is orange juice bad

Question:
Is drinking orange juice bad for people with arthritis?
Answer:
There are many different types of arthritis and one answer may not cover all of the arthritides. However, in general there is evidence (but not absolute proof) that suggests that the antioxidant potential of dietary carotenoids, such as those found in orange juice, may reduce the risk of inflammatory arthritis. I have not seen any evidence that suggests orange juice causes harm to joints.
