my sonogram of both breast show multiple echo poor nodules with: one well defined echo poor nodule of right breast calcified nodule no cystic lesions right axillary lymph node should i be worried
Do not be overly worried, but do not ignore abnormal findings when further testing is recommended. Some nodules need follow-up and additional testing to be sure they are not cancerous. If I understand your message, a lymph node was identified, as well. This may need biopsy or additional tests. I advise you to follow-through with any recommended testing. It is best to know what you are dealing with as soon as possible, avoiding further stress.
