Piece of tissue hanging from gum01/08/2008 |
when we pulled out our six years old`s, front tooth we saw a piece of tissue hanging . its as long as her tooth ,never seen this thing before with outher kids.plase explain it .
The tissue you notice is probably the remnant of the "pulp" tissue in the tooth. Pulp is made of blood vessels and nerve tissue that course through the center of teeth. It's not painful when exposed in primary (baby) teeth near the time that they come out.
