Why is my penis hard all the time? I keep having wet dreams. I used to masturbate, but not any more. What is wrong with me? I feel that I have spermatorreha. What can I do? My testes hurt me a lot. Can you help me?
You need to see a urologist in the very near future. If the penis is or has been erect for more than 4 hours, you need to go to the emergency room immediately.
