Spikes when I deficate
Whenever I go to the toilet for a you-know-what, it hurts really bad, because it feels like there are spikes in it and I end up feeling really sore afterwards. But the thing is, it looks kind of like diarrhea when it comes out. It just hurts a lot and I am really worried that something is wrong as this has lasted probably about a month now, but I can`t speak to someone face to face about it because it`s embarrassing. Especially if nothing is wrong and it`s just normal, that will just make it more embarrassing.
I do not know your age or gender. However, if you have irritation around the anal opening, then any stool passing through the opening can cause significant irritation. It sounds like you should be seen by a gastroenterology (intestinal) specialist.
